Description

This is a sample of what was called burned wood art. Popular in the early 1900's. This piece was made by Delia C. Stevenson. Was manufactured with design and a person then would take a special heated needle traced the lines to give the burnt wood effect. Colors could be added later if desired. This is of an Indian woman, colored cut plastic ornaments. |
