| Iron wheels, leather button tucked seat for two open face canopy that draw back. Small window behind seat. Purchased in 1909 for $5900. Refurbished in 1997. Buggy originally owned by William T. Moore.. He and Elizabeth Abigao Daily were married in it February 1, 1901. Great granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Moore was married to Shane Thomas Betschart on Saturday, July 1997 (in the buggy). The buggy was in the rafters of the barn for over 75 years. The wedding took place on Elizabeth Abigail's father place (V. W. Daily's ranch. There is a laprobe on the seat of this buggy - made of wool. Green, red, and blue in color. |
